Jacobite Firing Line

Back many years ago I helped out in the filming of the Boyne episode of the Battlefield Britain series. Here's me on the extreme left.  I am getting interested in the war in Ireland and found it on  a BBC page about the siege of Londonderry which I recommend if you're interested in this siege.

This is a neat blog on the subject of recreating an Irish Jacobite army. There are some figure comparisons of Warfare, Front Rank and 1672 ranges so worth a look if 28mm is your scale.
