I'm not sure this footage was from Chasing the Deer. I have it on video and have been searching in vain for a copy on DVD - I'm not sure they ever released one unfortunately.
Looks like the Cromwell Productions Documentary 'The Last Highland Charge'. One of their better efforts and really quite watchable. available on DVD as part of a series called 'The War File'/'The History of Warfare'.
