Found these rules from 1985 the other day. Published by Tabletop Games. From the era when rules weren't expensive and you could buy a few on spec. I might use them for skirmishes in the Prayerbook Rebellion (1549) - anybody know anyone doing Tudor figures? Get a copy of the rules
