New Model Army Osprey
Today I saw this image by Chris Warner and it was like meeting an old friend. This was my template when I started reenacting as a pikeman. Probably out of date now as it was published in 1981 but I like the art. Details here
This was my first Osprey (received as a tweenager for a school book token prize for history) and a great guide to painting Peter Laing 15mm ECW figures. I still have The Osprey book and still have the Peter Laing figures, pin pikes and all, which see occasional use.
I was intrigued by the sapper figure in the background - didn't have a unit of these. Mark Man of TIN
