I used to have this book in the 70s. Don't know what happened to it. Thanks to Andy for these images. They are a bit outdated but they are charming and I think they are worth the time looking at them. The backgrounds are very atmospheric. It is a trip down memory lane for me. A great book. Im lucky enough to have several of the series. I think my favourite is the Flodden one. Lovely illustrations.
