Around 1700, neither uniforms, nor arms, nor flags were standardised, apart from for a few units. Virtually impossible and quite fruitless to go into details. Couldn't find any detailed information in English, and only a few websites in German.
The following one is on the 1712 siege of Wil. Check out the many links at the bottom. However, most are textual only and not very revealing regarding uniforms, etc.:
Preserved original infantry company flags of the St. Gall abbey and of Zurich respectively, plus a few uniforms (not originals, in my opinion, but reconstructions) can be seen here (last four pictures, plus notes on the uniform colours, at the bottom):

Anyone able to give me uniform and flag details of the forces involved?
