I went there with a group of reenactors c1990 and it was closed for refurbishment but Phillip Elliot-Wright pleaded and they specially opened the 18th and Napoleonic rooms just for us. Nice.

Apparently, it's a modern copy of a c. 1717 painting representing an Austrian captain of grenadiers. Enter "Hauptmann Sigmund Graf Engl von Wagrein" here:
