Dutch Horse Guards
Depicted by de Hooghe crossing the Boyne in 1691. Is this colour scheme correct for this unit? Lawson (page 98) also talks of a picture at Kensington Palace. It seems that this unit was led by Bentinck, later Lord Portland.

um it's on that site - memories of Netherlands but cropped
Strange, it seems to be on the website of the Dutch Army museum, but I can't find it. Do you remember which search words you used?
The picture comes from the Armentaria magazine, and most of them are out of print and not fully digitised, so some bigger pics would be helpful.
