Someone will probably shoot me down in flames but I was under the impression there was only 2 pictures of Marlburian soldiers from the
actual time - both done by
Marcellus Laroon the Younger - he joined the army in 1707 and fought in many campaigns. One sketch is partly shown below (
Meldert camp) and the other is a colour picture of troops fording a river which I have poorly scanned a photocopy - the original is in the National Army Museum. Anyone know any more pictures? More of Laroon's military pictures at

Not true pictures, but the Blenheim tapestries probably fit the description??
