There are a few metal 54mm figs out there that could be used for a 1685 project....Holger Ericcson do cavalrymen for the Charles XI period which look nice and of course Irregular do a Restoration range in 54mm. Call to Arms ECW cavalry will make some interesting Horse and so on. As you now have an excuse to buy these I thought I'd post pictures of these HE figures - website here
