Yesterday we watched the film the Favourite which was about Sarah Churchill. Of course it shared similarities with the art film the Draughtsman's Contract which we loved when it came out. Much of the appeal of the film is a result of the Michael Nyman soundtrack. Spotify album here

The Favourite, what a truly awful film.
The Favorite was terrible. But I've never seen the other film and will make a point of seeing it!
