Todays release is something very different.
Civilian agricultural tools. These have been primarily designed for the 17th Century and can be used as general items or to arm pikemen across the range to make them engineer types , clubmen or badly armed recruits as seen in the early months of the war, notably Edgehill.
They are also useful in many of our other periods.

Mohacs 500
Augusztus 22-én útjára indul a történelmi lovas zarándoklat Érdről Mohácsra, hogy lóháton, emlékhelyről emlékhelyre haladva idézze fel az 1526-os mohácsi csata előtti napok eseményeit és tisztelegjen a hősök emléke előtt. 
Az 500. évforduló alkalmából mintegy 25 lovas indul útnak, hogy augusztus 28-án már várhatóan 80 lovassal érkezzen Sátorhelyre – a lovasokhoz idén is történelmi hajók csatlakoznak a Dunán!
On August 22, the historical horseback pilgrimage from Érdről to Mohács will set off, riding horseback, from memorial to memorial, to recall the events of the days before the Battle of Mohács in 1526 and to pay homage to the memory of the heroes.
About 25 horsemen will set out on the occasion of the 500th anniversary, and by August 28, an expected 80 horsemen will arrive in Sátorhely – this year, historical ships will also join the Danube for the horsemen!

The outdoor café guests probably choked on their wine when the 17th century came marching through town on Storgatan, which otherwise has almost exactly the same layout as it did 350 years ago. And it should be added that cannon blasts don’t sound a bit weak in real life. And that black powder smells like eggs.

The commemoration year for the Battle of Lund
In 2026, the 350th anniversary of the Battle of Lund will be celebrated with a series of events.
In order to retake Skåne, Halland and Blekinge that had been lost to Sweden, Denmark declared war in the autumn of 1675. The fighting lasted until 1679, when peace was concluded in Lund. Today, the good relationship with Denmark is an important part of our everyday life. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to the event – both to highlight the peaceful relations we have today and to remember the tragedies that have occurred. Here you will be able to read more about the various events that take place during the year of remembrance.
Tore Gudmarsson
Tore Gudmarsson is a Halland novel character created by Albert Olsson, and the main character in the novel trilogy Sand (1940)[1], Gränsland (1942)[2] and Tore Gudmarsson (1945)[3]. Tore Gudmarsson is a tax farmer in the village of Haverdal on the coast just northwest of Halmstad in the 1600s, during the time when Halland changed from Danish to Swedish supremacy. [4][5]

Halmstad 1676
Nu till helgen åker vi tillsammans med andra föreningar till Halmstad för 350-årsmarkeringen av slaget vid Fyllebro 1676.
På lördag den 15/8 sker en historisk stadsmarsch genom Halmstad, från slottet till Norre Katts park, där vi avslutar med en uppvisning.
Avmarsch från slottet: 13.00
Uppvisning: 13.15–15.00
This weekend, we are travelling to Halmstad together with other associations to commemorate the 350th anniversary of the Battle of Fyllebro in 1676.
On Saturday, 15 August, a historic march through Halmstad will take place, from the castle to Norre Katts Park, where we will have a small reenactment.

Scanian War reenactors Kalmar 1676
According to orders from Karl XI, the city of Kalmar was reinforced with more soldiers in 1676 after the sinking of the warship Kronan!
Here we are marching on Kaggensgatan.

Nästa helg fortsätter vi berätta om vad som hände för 350 år sedan med våra vänföreningar, Svenska Lifcompagniet, Skaraborgs historiska infanteri regemente samt Änkedro…
Next weekend we will continue to tell about what happened 350 years ago with our friend associations, the Swedish Lifcompagniet, the Skaraborgs historical infantry regiment, and the Änkedrottningens life regiment to horse where there will be a demonstration and a state march in Halmstad.
