Seneffe 1674 revisited




One of the interesting things about the indecisive battles of the 1670s is they often seem to generate celebratory pictures from both sides. Senef or Seneffe is a good example of this. Of course how much these pictures represent the real topography and dispositions or were simply generic is difficult to ascertain unless you know the area and the battles itself.
